Limited Warranty

 

Advance Mobility Technologies (AMT) warrants each conversion and all parts used in the manufacture of the conversion against defects in workmanship and corrosion perforation of any metal surface area fabricated by AMT that has shown to have become defective under normal use conditions for a period of three (3) years or 36000 miles whichever occurs first from the original date of purchase.

 

This warranty covers only the conversion performed by AMT and does not replace the chassis manufacturer warranties that may or may not be in effect due to the nature of the conversion and the age and mileage of the vehicle used for the conversion.

 

AMT will repair or replace free of charge at it's facility in Morrisville, PA any parts found to be defective from normal use during the time period stated above. In the event that the vehicle cannot be brought to AMT's facility for repair AMT upon receipt of the defective part or parts will repair or supply replacement parts only. The purchaser will be responsible for any and all expenses related to the repair wherever the vehicle may be located.

 

AMT reserved the right to void this warranty if it feels that the vehicle itself or parts returned for warranty replacement failed from abuse or accident damage and not from normal use.

 

AMT shall not be responsible or liable for indirect or consequential damages of any kind, however arising and including the loss of product, loss of time or use, inconvenience, incidental or consequential damages with respect to persons property or business whether as a result of breach of warranty, negligence or otherwise. AMT's liability shall be limited solely to repair and replacement of defective parts at their facility or to furnish replacement parts in exchange for parts returned not meeting their quality and specification standards. No other warranty express or implied will apply including any implied warranty or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty applies to all vehicle conversions performed by AMT and is subject to change without notice.
