When Shopping for a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV) you must keep in mind that all Mobility Vans are not created equally. There are many types of conversions offered on the market today and although at first glance they may look similar.  We can assure you that they are not.   The Engineers at AMT wanted to manufacture the most Durable and Safest Mobility Van Conversions possible and still be able to offer them at a competitive price without sacrificing quality and safety. 

We have achieved that goal with our lineup of new models. We use only the highest quality components available in our manufacturing processes and have designed a Race Car inspired safety cage system that supports the modified undercarriage.  All steel support cage and floor assembles are welded by hand and not machine to insure quality and are manufactured using heavy gauge steel. Once assembled, a three stage rust proofing process is applied to the modified areas to insure longevity and service in even the harshest environments. To our knowledge no other manufacturer goes these extra steps and we back this up with a 3 year 36000 mile warranty.  Our fuel system modifications use CARB Compliant hose products to ensure the vehicles emission systems function properly and to factory specifications. We also offer a state of the art ramp latching system that is unmatched by any other mobility van manufacturer.  And most importantly, All AMT conversions are designed to meet or exceed the most recent FMVSS Safety Standard
